HP OpenView Resource Library
HP OpenView is known for it's enterprise management capabilities. Our Consultants have years of experience in designing and implementing Enterprise management solutions. Here are a few resources which we developed for our HP OpenView customers. You may use these tools in your environment, but you must retain the Copyright, give credit to the author (Albert E. ABS_Monitor - The purpose of this script is to validate and report the status of various processes running on the Server. If a process is running then the monitor performs no action. When the process is not in the Process Table, this script will report the failure back to the ITO Message Server.
ITO_Status - This utility will verify that the opcctla Daemon is communicating properly, and that all of the associated daemons as well as communications to the Management Server are working properly.
update_ABS_Monitor - This script updates the ABS_Monitor.sh in the distribution directory and forces a distribution to occur for all known nodes.
update_ABS_Tools - This script updates the images in the distribution directory and forces a distribution to occur for all known nodes.
