Today I received a report that a telephone call is being placed to local businesses representing themselves as ABS Computer on their Caller ID, and calling numbers. 

This is a sophisticated Fraud which requires understanding of the ability to modify your Calling Name and Calling number to the recipient.  Our questions is, how many others are giving out information that they should not disclose, especially since they think that the callers are local.

Businesses need to be aware that todays technologies allow individuals to represent anyone that they want to be, without them being who they say that they are.

Please do not disclose any information about your business over the telephone, unless you already know who you are talking to.
