If you are just reading this, then you probably don't know how many years the Blue Tooth enabled device you have has been vulnerable.

Essentially, every smart phone on the market today has the capability to transmit and connect to devices with in your personal area (or as they were once called, personal area network).

Imagine now that the 328 foot transmission barrier is now exteneded to over 1 mile.  Do you feel more insecure?  You should!

If you were betting on the transmission distance being the restriction for peopel being able to access your smart phone, that restriction has been broken.

Just as the WiFi hackers (War Drivers), can turn a Pringles can into an antenna that extends WiFi up to 10 miles, so can a similar device extend the range off bluetooth for over one mile!

Please disable your blue tooth on your phone, until you can configure better security.  Please feel free to contact us if you need help.
