Bringing
"family" back into families
Let me tell you a short but saddeningly true story:
In 1993, our family became separated by divorce. Since then, just being able to see each other and love each other has become not a challenge, but an impasse.
Starting soon after the divorce, my mother began sending my two
younger brothers in and out of mental hospitals, using hard to
believe allegations such as "choking fifty children at recess".
Unfortunately, the hospitals and counseling services started believing
this. Soon thereafter, the State of Indiana declared them "Severely
Emotionally Handicapped", allowing her to start getting money
from the Federal Government and entitlement to free attorneys. {Go to the site listed for more of the story}

Women for
Fatherhood
Promoting Public Awareness & Encouraging Equal Rights For Parents Do you love a divorced father? Have you stood by helplessly watching a loved one grappling with the pain and humiliation endured for the love of his child(ren)? Are you the wife in a second marriage, struggling against unbearable financial and emotional pressures as a result of your partners previous divorce? Then you have come to the right place. Courts regularly amputate the father from the family picture. Their value is reduced to their wallet size. They are stripped of their role as parent and turned into a visitor. It is ignorant to assume that one parent should be given all the parental power. Parenting must be shared. Children desperately need BOTH their parents.
