Locating your Mail Account Information - Microsoft Outlook
We'll show you where to locate the existing information on your Microsoft Email Reader (Outlook version 6.0 and above). This walk through will describe the steps needed for you to retrieve your email from our mail servers.
This exampe will present the email address of our President (see how confident we are that we can eliminate spam?), please use your information which was sent to you when you subscribed. If you need it resent, please contact the support department.
First of all you will need to launch the Mail Reader (Microsoft Outlook), and then select the Tool Menu. If you need to expand the menu, click on the down arrows at the bottom of the window.
While our example uses mail.ABS-CompTech.com, you should use the following information when you configure your email reader:
POP3 server - pop3.No-JunkMail.com where to get email
SMTP server - smtp.No-JunkMail.com where to send email
select the Tools Menu

then Click Email Accounts, This will provide you with the following pop-up window.
We want to view or change the
Email Account Information. If you want to Add this account to your list
of Email Sources, then Select Add to keep your existing Account
information and ADD our Server to your Mail Reader.

The next screen manages the different Email Accounts you may have. Your screen will most probably look different. You can safely select the Default Profile, and then select Change.
If you want to add this account to your existing email accounts, then select the Add button ...
YOU MADE IT! This Screen controls where your Mail Reader (Microsoft Outlook), goes to retrieve your Email. For Now, there are four fields which we need to complete the configuration of your account.
They are User Name, Password, Incoming mail server (POP3), and Outgoing mail server (SMTP). Although it is not required, don't forget to Add your own name to this account.

If by chance you decide to use the Text Account Settings, do not worry about any message indicating a failure. Only a test using the Send/Receive can officially test your configuration. Since we have a secure host, we do not acknowledge all of the Tests that Microsoft has built into the test.
While you have this window open, you can change the Incoming mail server to mail.No-JunkMail.com as your New Incoming Mail Server.
Don't forget the most important thing of all. You must receive email before sending email through our servers.
